Association
Has been started
in Chennai, as Head Office. This organization has been registered
according to norms and conditions of the Government rules. The
Association Register No. 137/2008.
The Association members are being enrolled, the Real Estate Business
personals from TamilNadu are being enrolling themselves in our
Association. Even Real Estate Corporate companies are joining with
our Association as Corporate Members.
How to enroll in - Association ?
The application form is enclosed for your details to be filled in.
Enclose your member ship amount by demand draft forward the
application to Head office at Chennai and you could register your
name in TNREOA.
1. The Membership receipt. 2. Member No. 3. Your ID card with
Photograph affixed will be sent to you by registered post.
The Facilities you enjoy by joining in this Association.
- In your Real Estate Business if you have any problems, you
could show the ID card in Head Office at Chennai / District
branch offices and get able advise and way to solve the matters.

growth. With high skill of Management, these above three retired
I.A.S officers will direct us and the advise which will be of higher
value to us.
Our Association members would face some difficulties connecting with
lows /rules and regulation in this business. To solve these
problems, Chennai High Court, highly experienced lawyers have joined
as our TNREOA Law department, they are as follows:

fields.
- In our Association we have taken a resolution for regular
meetings, each of you can join the same. From Chennai to
Kanniyakumari District, all Real Estate business personals can
come in person to the above resolutions and meetings so that we
can meet in person to person and the relationship between each
will help to build up the business to speedy growth.
- Each of the persons address, tel and Mobile nos. their
business details with photographs will be given in the
Association PRINTED DIARY will be issued. This will lead your
business growth and will also be silent advertisements for the
business personals.
In our Association we have a special Internet and our own “ Website
” which has been created, we can add your photographs, with your
full profile of business with contact address and your mobile/tel:
details will be flashed. The Tamil families living abroad, (NRI)
persons who is interested to invest in Residential apartments/ Land
/ Farm lands etc will reach you easily through this internet and
website facilities. We can also expect new business personals and
links for new business with this contact.
Like the above we have more facilities and changes to get new
contacts. So which plan yourself to join our Association soon.
Register
In Tamil Nadu among 31 districts in 20 districts the members have
been selected and finalized. At present in your district from
district level, Union Level, Village Panchayath level, The committee
Head, Director & Treasurer posts, suitable persons to be selected,
this work is being functioning.
If you are interested to join our Association and take hold of a
suitable position for best of your service …
The Chennai State Regional Office will have a meeting with The
Immediate Director, State Director, Office in charge, General
Secretary, Treasurer their advices will be take into account in
State Directors Association the position and the grade of each
individuals will be finalized & announced. A meeting will be
organized for announcing the post & responsibilities of individuals
and the promise will be taken by them.
In Oath Function
“In Oath Function“ the work is being commenced in full speed.
In this function the Leganes, Business people, Government High
Officials, Film Actor & Actresses are going to participate as the
most important guests. The date will be announced to you on the day
of the meeting conducted at Chennai.
Member Subscription
- Ordinary Member Rs.1000/= ( Not Refundable)
This is one year
subscription, and the same amount should be paid every year for
renewal.
- Corporate Member Rs. 5000/= ( Not Refundable )
This is an life
membership, this is to be paid only once, no need to renew this
every year.
In District & In State Level, The President, Director,
Secretary, Treasurer applications will be taken up by the
Association. The applied personals should be a corporate member
of the Association, this is one of the rule in our Association.
The Subscription amount should be taken in the name of
TamilNadu Real Estate Owners Association ( Payable at Chennai ) it
should be in Demand Draft.
No In need of a Post
If you want only a membership just pay Rs.1000/= as D.D. and
enclose the same with your application with photographs attached.
They are not requested to come in person to Chennai office they
could send it by post.
