Problems

• while selling the lands and plots, payments are being made as follows without any hesitations like the cost payments, document charges, document writers (typing) fee, Registration charges, document registration fee, commission to the officers and other expenses, like wise all fee are met out by the buyers with willingness, but the commission (service) charges to the middle person is not paid, some time this dispute is taken to Panjayath council and then the amount is paid, these are all the problems we face.

• “ This place will be sold ” will be our belief when taken a place for business of us to sell it and work on it for few months at last while and when the sale to be done, within few minutes a third person enters all of sudden and says this property will go for more value and I will work on the same and sell it for higher rates. Depending on this one work of the third person the whole sale will get stopped and the work we done will be vanished in few seconds.

The seller and the buyer will never face the loss in the above case but after two months of toil and the expenditure which occurs during sale venture of the above property. The loss is faced by Realtors (Tamil Nadu Real Estate Owners)

• The Real Estate Owners invest their own money and buy vast acres of lands for business purpose and the problems which occurs ….

• Whereas some persons take loans from the Bank and invest in this business, the lands which was targeted to sell on a specific time and duration gets failed and there is a double loss, as they are paying the interest for the business loans and the same investment is stand still without expected income, this situation is really pathetic.

• In joint business there are one and more partners , in this case if either one have a difference of opinion there will be a big gap in the business and problems faced.

• The Real Estate business owners and Government Employers/Heads have difference of opinions this has to be sort out.
